Required Non-Refundable Deposit

To initiate any digital marketing, branding, SEO, advertising, consulting, or related professional services (“Services”) with Elevate VIP Agency (“Agency”), the Client is required to remit a deposit in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD) at the time of package selection.

This deposit is mandatory for all service packages, without exception, and is a condition precedent to the commencement of Services.

Purpose of Deposit

The $1,000.00 deposit is applied toward securing, reserving, and allocating Agency resources, including but not limited to:

• Client onboarding and project reservation

• Strategic planning, audits, research, and discovery

• Allocation of internal personnel, systems, and tools

• Campaign architecture, preparation, and scheduling priority

Upon receipt of the deposit, the Agency immediately undertakes preparatory and administrative actions that incur actual costs, labor expenditures, and intellectual capital.

Three (3) Day Limited Cancellation Right

The Client is granted a limited right to cancel this Agreement within three (3) calendar days from the date and time the deposit payment is successfully processed (“Cancellation Period”), provided that:

1. Written notice of cancellation is submitted to the Agency within the three (3) day period; and

2. No Services, onboarding actions, strategic work, audits, research, or resource allocations have commenced.

If cancellation is validly exercised within this period and prior to the commencement of work, the deposit may be refunded less any documented administrative, processing, or preliminary costs incurred.

Waiver of Cancellation After Three (3) Days

Upon expiration of the three (3) day Cancellation Period, or upon commencement of any Services (whichever occurs first):

• The Client irrevocably waives any right to cancel

• The deposit becomes fully earned, non-refundable, and non-disputable

• The Agreement becomes legally binding in full

No exceptions shall apply.

Non-Refundable & Binding Nature

By submitting the $1,000.00 deposit, the Client expressly acknowledges, agrees, and affirms that:

• The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after the Cancellation Period

• The deposit constitutes a binding contractual commitment to the specific service package selected

• The Client is financially and contractually bound to the selected package, scope, and term

• The deposit is applied toward the total package fee unless otherwise stated in writing

• No refunds, reversals, or credits will be issued beyond the Cancellation Period

This applies regardless of, but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Business conditions or performance expectations

• Internal delays or staffing issues

• Client failure to provide materials or approvals

• Early termination initiated by the Client

Binding Package Selection

Once the Cancellation Period has elapsed, the Client is fully bound to the package selected at checkout or proposal acceptance. Downgrades, substitutions, or cancellations are not permitted unless expressly approved by the Agency in writing.

Contractual Acceptance

Payment of the deposit constitutes the Client’s electronic execution of this Agreement and serves as legal acceptance of:

• The selected service package and pricing

• All deliverables, timelines, and scopes of work

• Elevate VIP Agency’s Terms of Service, Policies, and Procedures

• This Deposit & Binding Agreement Policy

No physical or wet signature is required. Payment constitutes full consent and acceptance.

Chargeback & Dispute Prohibition

The Client expressly agrees not to:

• Initiate chargebacks

• File payment disputes

• Attempt payment reversals through any financial institution

Any such action shall constitute a material breach of contract and may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of Services

• Collections and recovery actions

• Legal remedies to recover damages, costs, fees, and administrative expenses

No Guarantees of Results

The Agency provides professional digital services on a best-effort basis. No guarantees are made regarding rankings, leads, revenue, conversions, or performance outcomes.

Results are dependent upon numerous external factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, competition, compliance requirements, platform algorithms, advertising policies, and Client participation.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, the Client represents and warrants that they:

• Have read and understood this policy in its entirety

• Agree to the three (3) day cancellation limitation

• Agree to the non-refundable and binding nature of the deposit

• Possess full authority to enter into this Agreement

If the Client does not agree to these terms, payment must not be submitted.
